Since 1988, when its founders walked into the National Restaurant Association Show with nothing but a vision to today, the mission has not wavered. How do we as a team bring the foodservice industry’s best equipment and supply brands to the world’s most complex and diverse foodservice marketplace: Metro New York City?
To accomplish that, PBAC views it as our responsibility to stay closely in touch with market trends affecting dealers, consultants and our service agent partners. We do that through on-going training and education as we have for the past three plus decades. Our industry’s segment’s trade association, MAFSI-Manufacturers’ Agents Association For The Foodservice Industry provides our PBAC team with hundreds of hours each year of training and resources that help us continually create solutions for our dealer and consultant partners.
PBAC works at that goal everyday as the factory sales representative agency for a select portfolio of the nations’ leading foodservice equipment, supplies and tabletop manufacturers. We have built a team that serves as the local factory branch office for each of those factories. We also have worked diligently to understand the changes in our industry. So, from the creation of a test kitchen in conjunction with a major food broker to the latest in computer software, PBAC is continually reinventing ourselves to provide the best possible service to our local foodservice community.
We work directly with the NY, NJ, CT foodservice dealers/distributors, kitchen consultants, service agencies, and support them every day. The focus of that support is to provide the dealer and consultant’s end user operators (restaurants, schools, healthcare, corporate dining) as the pre-eminent product specialist. Most importantly, we understand that from coordination of delivery to installation and on-going service, PBAC and its team of sales and support professionals need to be ready 24/7 to provide solutions for our customers.
