PBAC Associates is proud to announce the sale and transition of the company to PBAC 3.0 LLC, signifying the beginning of its third generation of leadership. Founded in 1988 by Michael Posternak and Steve Bauer, PBAC enters this exciting new chapter with renewed energy, a dynamic leadership team, and an unwavering commitment to the core values of trust, service, and results that have defined the company for nearly four decades.

The transition marks a new chapter for PBAC 3.0, following a period of leadership under Larry Cantamessa whose vision and dedication have been instrumental to PBAC’s growth and reputation. To honor his legacy and ensure continued excellence and stability, PBAC has established a new internal ownership structure, positioning the company for future success.

The PBAC 3.0 ownership team includes:

  • Joshua Erdheim, President
  • Damon DeMercurio, Vice President of Sales
  • Lisa Kerester, Director of Administration
  • Jeffery Youker, Director of Project Management and Culinary
  • Cory Perez, Business Development Manager
  • Josh Finn, Director of Technical Sales

Michael Posternak will continue to serve as Chairman and CFO, providing strategic guidance and mentorship. Co-founder Steve Bauer and prior owner David Aitkenhead will remain in active support roles. Together, this leadership group combines complementary strengths and decades of industry experience, ensuring PBAC’s continued position as a leader in market focus, technical expertise, and customer service.

Supporting this leadership transition is a team of six seasoned professionals representing PBAC’s sales and administrative divisions: Terry Flynn, Paul Todoro, Irene Reiter, Gail Kocienski, Jon Ross, and Herb Rembert. Their collective experience and dedication exemplify PBAC’s long-standing reputation for reliability and excellence.
