Meet the Team
Q: What is your role on the PBAC team?
I serve as the Director of Administration at PBAC.
Q: What excites you most about this new chapter for the company?
What excites me most is the energy and ideas that all team members bring to PBAC 3.0. There is a real sense of momentum and shared commitment to moving the company forward together.
Q: Which of PBAC’s core values resonates most with you, and why?
Performance is the core value that resonates most with me. We take tremendous pride in our work and always strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Q: What makes PBAC’s approach to client service stand out in the industry?
What sets PBAC apart from the competition is our years of experience and depth of knowledge across the entire foodservice ecosystem. We understand the pressures of running a kitchen and getting a delicious meal to the table on time.

Our employees have worked as manufacturers, dealers, service technicians, and end users, giving us insight from every angle of the industry. As a team, we have worked both the front and back of the house; trained chefs who have run corporate kitchens, country clubs, private restaurants, and catering halls; and volunteered at soup kitchens, hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. We’ve waitressed, bussed tables, and handled food prep and cleanup—experience that helps us genuinely know how to solve problems.

Q: What are you most proud of accomplishing as part of the PBAC team?
I am most proud of the longstanding relationships I have built over my 36-year career at PBAC. Those connections, with clients, partners, and colleagues, are the foundation of our success and a reflection of the trust we’ve earned over time.
Q: What message would you share with clients and partners about PBAC’s future?
PBAC’s future is bright. We will continue to exceed our customers’ expectations by constantly looking to better ourselves through education, innovation, and truly listening to our clients and partners.
