PBAC 3.0 Spotlight: Q&A with Joshua Finn, Director of Technical Sales
Q: What is your role on the PBAC team?
At PBAC I wear many hats. As director of Technical Sales I’m engaged with the dealers, end users and the factories. We are here to guide all projects from conception to completion. We are here to listen and ensure that at the end of the day the client’s vision was achieved, the dealer was supported throughout the sales cycle and the factories trust we represented them well.
Q: What excites you most about this new chapter for the company?
I have been in the food service industry for almost 15 years. Coming from the service world I have a unique and different approach than your typical REP. With my background and what I have learned from the amazing team here at PBAC we can offer something that most others cannot; a complete package. A guiding hand that walks you through every step and is still here years later when you need anything.
Q: Which of PBAC’s core values resonates most with you, and why?
Integrity. We stand proudly behind the products we sell. We do not over promise and under perform. We listen and guide customers to the best product for their application. We are here from day 1 to help and assist with whatever needs you have. Whether it’s good or bad we stand shoulder to shoulder with the factory and the end user, ensuring we are creating a customer for life.
Q: What makes PBAC’s approach to client service stand out in the industry?
Our team has decades of experience in the food service industry. I approach every interaction with the same direction. Listen, understand, collaborate, and execute. We are here to support and bring your vision to reality. We offer live cooking demonstrations in our test kitchen “Try Before You Buy”. We encourage in house equipment use. We will let customers test units they are considering and can put it through real world applications. We request feedback in any form. This will only make PBAC and the factories we represent better.
Q: What are you most proud of accomplishing as part of the PBAC team?
I have been with PBAC for 2 years. In that short time I feel I have hit the ground running. I show my versatility to not only sell products but support them throughout their life cycle. By doing this I am creating many connections so when their next commercial cooking equipment need comes up they will call PBAC knowing they will receive the same support they did on their first go around.
Q: What message would you share with clients and partners about PBAC’s future?
PBAC is one of the longest standing Rep Firms in the United States. We were founded on integrity and dedication. That mantra has not faltered over the 30+ years of doing business. We will continue to provide superior customer service,
